Personalized and compassionate psychiatric care for women on the Main Line and in the greater Philadelphia area

Introduction

Searching for any kind of mental health care can be difficult.

Finding care with an understanding of the hormonal transitions women face is even harder.

And looking for help as you balance the demands of everyday life can feel simply impossible.

At Juno Mental Health, we know each woman has her own individual story.

We learn your story and support you in achieving emotional well-being.

Process

Dr. Kathryn Zagrabbe, a Harvard trained women’s mental health psychiatrist, performs an initial comprehensive psychiatric assessment to identify the hormonal changes and life stressors that may be contributing to your recent struggles. Dr. Zagrabbe collaborates with patients to identify an individualized treatment plan that best fits their own needs and helps them reach their own goals. She offers ongoing empathic and evidence-based psychotherapy. She recommends medication only when indicated and only after maximizing other interventions.
