Introduction

Searching for any kind of mental health care can be difficult.

Finding psychiatric care with an understanding of the hormonal and life transitions women face is even more challenging.

Looking for help as you balance the demands of everyday life can feel simply impossible.

Process

Dr. Kathryn Zagrabbe, a women’s mental health psychiatrist, performs an initial comprehensive psychiatric assessment to identify the specific biological predispositions, psychological tendencies, and social stressors that may be contributing to your recent struggles. Dr. Zagrabbe collaborates with patients to identify an individualized treatment plan that best fits their own needs. She offers ongoing empathic and evidence-based psychotherapy. She recommends medication only when indicated and only after maximizing other interventions.

Virtual sessions

Most of all, Juno Mental Health meets patients where they are. As a telepsychiatry practice, the practice connects with patients whose busy work schedules and family demands make it difficult to engage in traditional, office-based mental health care. This flexibility eliminates one less hurdle in helping patients receive the help they want and deserve.
